If you prefer that your email address or phone number not be shared with your matches, please email us in advance with your request.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Shore Singles and participation in Shore Singles events.

By purchasing tickets or attending events, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use our services or attend events unless otherwise stated.

2. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are subject to:

  • Availability
  • Pricing changes
  • Event capacity limitations

Tickets may not be resold without permission.

3. Refunds & Transfers

Refund and transfer requests must be submitted before the applicable event deadline.

Shore Singles reserves the right to:

  • Approve or deny refund requests
  • Issue credits instead of refunds
  • Modify refund timelines

Service fees may be non-refundable.

Events canceled due to weather, emergencies, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control may be rescheduled instead of refunded.

4. Event Conduct

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse admission
  • Remove attendees without refund
  • Enforce behavioral standards
  • Remove individuals engaging in harassment, unsafe behavior, discrimination, or disruption

Attendees are responsible for their own conduct and interactions.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By attending Shore Singles events, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including:

  • Property loss
  • Interactions with other attendees

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shore Singles shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in events or use of the website.

6. Photography & Media Consent

You grant Shore Singles permission to use photographs, videos, or recordings taken during events for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without compensation.

7. Alcohol Responsibility

If alcohol is served at an event:

Shore Singles is not responsible for actions taken by attendees before, during, or after events.

Refund & Credit Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the stated refund deadline for each event.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

Transfers

Ticket transfers may be permitted upon request and subject to approval.

No-Shows

No refunds will be issued for failure to attend an event unless otherwise stated.

Event Changes

Shore Singles reserves the right to:

  • Modify venues
  • Change schedules
  • Substitute hosts
  • Reschedule events when necessary

If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, eligible attendees may receive a refund or credit.

Refund Eligibility:

  • 4 days or more notice: Eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted by email.
    • Refunds are subject to the terms below.
  • 1–3 days prior notice: Eligible for a one-time event credit.
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted by email.
    • Credits are subject to the terms below.
  • Day-of-event cancellations / No-shows:
    • Non-refundable.
    • No credit issued.
    • Ticket sales are final on the day of the event.

Event Credit Policy

If you cancel your reservation by email at least 24 hours before the event, you may receive a one-time credit to use toward a future event.

Event Credit Terms & Conditions:

  • Proper notice must be given by email before the event begins.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your credit is approved.
  • Credits are valid for 12 months from the date issued.
  • Credits are non-refundable and may only be used toward future events.
  • Credits cannot be applied to previously purchased tickets.

Using Your Event Credit

We will confirm event availability and your registration.

Partial Event Credit Usage

If you use only part of your credit balance, the remaining balance may be applied to another future event within the expiration period.

One-Time Event Credit Policy

Credits may only be used once.

If you use a credit to register for another event and then cancel or reschedule again:

  • No additional credit will be issued
  • No refund will be provided

Only one reschedule/change is permitted per credit.

Refund Terms & Conditions

Refunds are issued when cancellation notice is received at least 4 days before the event.

Refund Processing

  • Refund requests must be submitted by email.
  • Refunds are issued minus:
    • Original booking/service fee (non-refundable)

Event Cancellations & Rescheduling

If We Cancel an Event

If an event is canceled and rescheduled:

  • You may request a refund (minus the non-refundable service fee), or
  • Receive a full credit toward a future event

Weather or Other Circumstances

If an event is postponed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances and a new date is announced:

  • You may request:
    • A refund (minus the non-refundable service fee), or
    • A full event credit valid for one year.

Full Refund Exception

If we cancel an event and no replacement date is available:

  • A full refund will be issued, including all service fees.

Discounts & Coupons

Terms & Conditions

  • Only one discount or coupon may be used per event.
  • Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
  • All coupons have expiration dates and must be used before expiration.
  • Discount coupons become void once used for a refunded reservation and cannot be reused.

Speed Dating Event Policy

Speed Dating events require balanced participation and advance planning. Many activities rely on confirmed attendance and prepaid reservations.

Out of consideration for other participants, we kindly ask that you:

  • Arrive on time
  • Attend as scheduled
  • Notify us as soon as possible if you cannot attend

Even same-day notice is appreciated as a courtesy.

No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

Please note:

  • No refunds or credits are issued for:
    • No-shows
    • Arriving significantly late after the event has begun
    • Leaving an event early

Once your registration is confirmed and payment is received, your ticket becomes non-refundable on the day of the event.

“No Show” Definition

A “No Show” includes:

  • Failing to attend an event
  • Arriving after the event has substantially begun
  • Failing to provide at least 24 hours’ notice by phone or email

No refunds or future credits will be issued under these circumstances.

This policy also applies to reservations made using a previously issued event credit.
